I have been away from blogging for quite some time now. Partly because of laziness and on the other hand, occupation.
I will like to say though that I’ll try to keep this blog updated as much as I can.
A lot of new things have come up in the world of tech as usual; I’m about to list out some of my favorite and those I’m looking forward to:
Windows 7: the 7th iteration of the Microsoft OS is supposed to be what will make us want to move from XP and junk our Vista. Light and beautiful, packed with functionality. Most of the same people who dissed Vista a couple of years ago, are the same ones praising 7 now. I don’t know about you, but I don’t see 7 disappointing me any time soon.

Fifa10: I am a gamer, even though I haven’t taken my gaming seriously in the past few years, I am willing to do so now 🙂 Fifa10 is by far one of the most authentic feels one can get as far as soccer or even sport simulations go!
Every single detail is taken into great consideration. You go EA Sports!

Ubuntu 9.10: From Jaunty Jackalope to Karmic Koala. I have been using this amazing Linux distro for about two years now and I think I’ll be on it for a long time. My Ubuntu laptop has stopped working and I’m trying to fix it ASAP. If I can’t, I’ll look forward to getting maybe a netbook or some dedicated machine for this new release. Awesome new features like Ubuntu One make this new release another great step in the right direction.

My laptop: Recently, I acquired a Toshiba Satellite A505-S6965. As far as Toshibas go, this is a motherload. She’s not even smiling! A 500GB HDD with 4GB of RAM and a Dual Core Intel processor, a DVD-RAM slot loading drive, 🙂 and 512MB of dedicated ATI graphics (Mobility Radeon HD 4570). iLike! 🙂 PS: Don’t try looking for it on the internet; you may not find it 🙂
hmmm… nice laptop G, justgot a vaio just like it, but a 320gb hdd….dwk
i did look 4 it on d internet nd guess wat?….found it:)
@tjwizkid thanks. I notice you have a pretty good machine there yourself.
@fasohb remember I said you "may" not find it. Besides if you look closely, I'm sure the one you found doesn't have a slot-loading drive
